Changing or canceling your order
Email hello@mamaleeselderberry.com with your order number. Orders can be changed or canceled until we email you that it is ready for pickup. After that, we may not be able to change it — see our returns & refunds policy instead.
Refunds for canceled orders
If your order is canceled before it is picked up, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
If we have to cancel
If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund anything we cannot provide.
